Deleting your Frank Spend account

If you would like to delete or close your account, please do the following in the app:

1. In the app, navigate to the Profile page (tap the avatar or image icon on the top right corner)

2. You will see a link for ‘Delete your account’

3. Once you tap the link to delete, you will be prompted to confirm the action to avoid accidental deletions

4. Your account data will be deleted from our system immediately upon confirmation

Account deletion is permanent and we cannot restore your data once you complete the steps above.
